Looking at this word, “MINDFULNESS”, it’s tempting to flip around the “L” and the “N”. Creating the word “MIND FUN LESS”. And indeed, someone could argue that mindfulness is some kind of a combination of the mind and having less fun. Often times we believe that being mindful is somehow a boring process of sitting around, breathing heavily and listen to the flute of the orient. But mindfulness can be much more! Much more fun! 🥳 YAYY!

Mindfulness describes a situation in which we are “mindful”, aware of what is going on! Around us and in within ourselves. But who can claim to have ever reached this moment in life? Floating through the air? At least I don’t. Being more mindful is a good thing. Or at least an achieve worthy goal! Try it yourself without having less fun! Enjoy the process. Just do something and only this! Do whatever you do as focused as possible.
