For the first time in my life, I feel like I have found a program that is actually helping me to deal with my personal experience of stress in life. I did a lot of meditation attempts, read books, listened to podcasts, tried out meditation apps. But I never found a program that is actually helping. Well, until I found this one I am doing right now. It’s a program that is sponsored by my insurance company here in Germany.
