For too long I was focusing on the wrong side of the equation. I tried to implement more tasks into my busy schedule instead of seeing the obvious. I am doing too much already. The goal is to do less, not more. That’s why my new focus is now on recovering. Ok ok! In order to recover, you need to do something, right! So let’s do more sport and stuff! I agree! But just going through my regular life can be pretty exhausting already. A long day in the office is pure stress sometimes! Stress that has a negative impact on our life and body. The goal is to recover perfectly! Gaining back the energy for the next day in the gym, office, or whatever you are about to do.

But how to recover? What is really relaxing for us and what is just adding more stress! That’s the thing we have to figure out! That’s the most important topic in my life right now. I need to learn to relax.
