I want to be more healthy. One part of this is my body posture. It’s bad! Honestly! For too long I have ignored it. True, I tried various times to improve it. But honestly, nothing really worked. What do I do differently this time? I try to start with a low intensity. I want to build up the muscles slowly, focusing on actual strength, not on lifting heavy weights. I do a lot of stretching, even though me trying to stretch doesn’t look like stretching at all. I feel like a brick. I am the opposite of being flexible. But I rather start right now then when it’s too late.
