With me still struggling with my health, doing sport is some kind of an issue. On the one hand I have to so something to get better. On the other I don’t want to make it worse. That’s why I am focusing on doing at least something these days. I tend to do too much when I do sport. Just doing something isn’t easy. But I am setting a timer. This helps. Once the time is over I just stop, no matter where I am right now in my routine. And agreed, I don’t really have a routine any more. I am just trying to follow a direction. So far this works. I can feel that my back is getting stronger. Sure, it’s still a long way to go. But it’s at least something!
