The first work week of 2025 is already over. Time is flying, unbelievable. Not that I was looking for to the end of my winter vacation but this means that we are getting closer to me getting my Audi RS3 and if that isn’t a good thing, I don’t know what might be wrong with you. The truth is, that I am also looking forward to a better weather. I don’t particularly enjoy the cold winter months in Germany and my health problems are clearly supporting that. Summer is better for me! Definitely!

But what are my goals for 2025? There are a lot! I want to work on my communication skills, getting more clear and direct in what I am saying. But I also want to work more professional, not getting sucked into the hamster wheel running way of doing tasks. It’s important for me to take a couple of steps back from time to time and look at the big picture. I need to know a lot of things in order to do my job properly and sometimes I find myself too focused on one thing, completely forgetting about the other topics around me. But that’s something we can actually work on! No problem!
