There is something about the German car cleaning culture. No, honestly! Lately I was pretty deep into the car cleaning world. Why? Because I needed to deep clean my leasing car before I gave it back. I wouldn’t say that I keep my cars messy. Quite the opposite actually! But I tend to forget about cleaning it in between. What I mean is that I tend to clean my cars only twice a year or so and definitely never in the middle of winter. I have a pretty good car cleaning setup at home and don’t need to use those fancy wash boxes, but this time I had to do it. I don’t have my water supply in the garden running, due to the cold temperatures and had to give back the car at the end of January, no matter the weather. Going to an automatic car wash place is a “No no”! or a “Hell no!”. So I went to one of those boxes. Gosh, I hated it! You can feel the pressure of the people waiting behind you! The water supply is not really adjustable in any way. So no! I will try to avoid those as good as I can! At least the place in Ingolstadt was better. There were so many boxes that at least no one was waiting behind you. But it was freezing cold! Ok, it was like 3 degrees! But it felt like my hands were freezing! Winter isn’t the best time for detailing your car! But I was satisfied with the outcome! The car was clean! Perfectly clean even! But look for yourself!
