I wouldn’t say that I know exactly which business has potential and which business will fail, but I can see the patterns and connect the dots. Especially for small businesses, the person behind the company is so important. But it’s not just that. It’s also the mindset the people have. It’s all about the mindset. What does the company focus on? What is their main goal? Who is in the center of the operation?

I can’t stand companies that do not react in time. I don’t think it’s just me complaining about it, but the more I think about it, the more obvious it becomes. A lot of companies out there are loosing customers like me just because of their lack of reacting in time. Maybe they are having enough other customers to deal with and just don’t care. I don’t know. But it’s really going on my nerves. I had the problem while trying to order my RS3 from a local dealership. It seems like I have the same problems with finding an insurance company for the car. Businesses these days work in a different pace. A slow pace. But I can ask you! How long can a company take to respond to an e-mail request? For my Audi RS3 it was over 10 days. For my car insurance I have a feeling that when this post is published, I still don’t have the answer. It’s sad. I would have liked to do business with them. But if they don’t want, what can I do? I can’t force someone to earn money with me.

And so I can see that all these businesses are going to lose customers. Over time this will be a big issue! Especially in rural areas where the people will have less and less money to spend. Germany is turning into a developing country. Those companies will close the earliest. I am sure about that. Because once the founding generation is out of the business, the predecessors will not do the work with the same passion and mindset.
