I wouldn’t say that whatever I am doing in the kitchen can be called cooking. But I mix certain ingredients together and there is something coming out of the equation. At least most of the time. My cooking skills are more of the cutting, boiling or frying skills. I can make one kind of cake, rice, pasta, vegetables, a salat but that’s it. Agreed, I have improved my kitchen performance lately. But it’s still far away from a skilled work environment. I just do stuff to get something to eat at the end of the day. This should change! I know! But it’s difficult! Especially because of my health issues. I don’t really know what I can or should eat and so experimenting with new dishes is actually a to edged sword. It’s risky both ways. For what my tongue will say about it and my stomach. To be continued! If you have any tips, please let me know!
