Time is flying! We are going to the gym for three weeks already. And what can I say? It’s perfect! I like this gym so much! It’s small and most of the time very empty. We go there four to five times a week and the progress I can notice is brilliant. I already feel my body to get stronger. Let’s see how this will improve once we go there regular for two or three months.
In the beginning I was focusing on doing a general full body workout to get my muscles going again. After doing this for two weeks, I have started to split into the classical leg day and an upper body day. This kind of makes sense at the moment, because I am still trying to build up a basis. Later on when I am having more progress, I will go more into a detailed workout plan and focus on special muscle and flexibility groups.
