I wouldn’t say that I am anywhere close to being calm. I always feel this excitement inside my body. This tension. I know that it hurts me. I know that I want to get rid of it. But how? Meditation practice? Taking some time off? Taking a step back and relax? The truth is, it’s all of that. Progress doesn’t come from proceeding with what you did, it comes from constantly changing what you do.
