Words are a form of communication. A skill we can learn and acquire over the years. There are tons of books about it, podcasts, videos, you name it. They say it’s not so much important what you have to say, but how you say it. Focusing on the perfect use of words. But today I want to throw another concept into the discussion. In an ever changing and highly volatile world in which we are living in, it’s not only important how you say something, but that you say something at all. Working at a big company and having worked at bigger companies in the past, the 21st century evil is not being able to decide. I have noticed that many years ago already and I don’t really think that it got any better over the years. What we need is people that decide. That take responsibility.
