We do it automatically. We have to do it. But how often do we think about it? It’s working on autopilot, of course it does! Should we intervene? Should we change the way we breathe? Have you ever noticed a change in the way you are breathing? When being excited or nervous for example? It’s easy to notice but hard to control. Nevertheless we should try to control it.
