Too often I can see myself focusing on the wrong side of the equation. I look more at what could go possibly wrong instead of actually taking care of the task that is right in front of me. The only question that is there to answer is this, how does someone changes the focus? Not that this would just be a small trick, a small change and done, but if you truly believe in that it can be so simple.
We need to understand what kind of worries chase as around the block, so to speak and then change the way those worries can have an impact on our life. As simple as that. At least in theory. For me, I focus on the wrong things. I know that! That’s why I have to change, soon!
