When was the last time that you felt really tired. I don’t mean Monday morning type of shit. I mean nearly falling to sleep while standing type of level. Being tired is a reaction. It comes when we either do too much, or sleep too little. When our body needs more rest then we are willing to give. But it’s not just that. Not only the time of sleep is important. The sleep itself is even more. You can stay in bed for 10 hours but without a healthy good old sleep, others might feel better after 5 hours. For me, sleeping is a problem at the moment. I don’t sleep very good. I don’t sleep good at all. That’s why I need to focus on that. Giving my body what it needs.
