I really can’t relax and do nothing. Isn’t that fascinating? Of course this is just my internal drive to do stuff. To push my limits or to push myself over to the limit. But no matter how hard I try. The result is always the same. I have to do something. I can’t just sit around.

In my current program I am focusing on doing less. Relaxing. Do the things with a fresh mind. No pressure, no bad emotions, no guilty conscience. It’s a long way to go but a trip worth taking. The sooner I learn this, the sooner I can be free.
