#2329 FOLLOWER PHISING

If there is one thing that is going on my nerves, it’s people using other peoples problems for their own advantage. Sure, we are all grown up and could understand the system easily by ourselves, but a lot of people don’t. You start writing on WordPress or Substack with a dream. You want to reach people, make money, be a person that has something to say. But sooner or later you face the reality of those sites. Interactions come from interacting. Maintaining followers means doing less of what you love, writing, creating, improving and more of texting, commenting, pretending to be interested into other peoples content.

Especially on substack I can see all those influencer vibes and what should I say? It disgusts me! They are all fucking trash! Hey, if you don’t have anything to say, shut your mouth. But people don’t understand. In fact, they want to use it for their own advantage. That’s how new micro influencers are getting born.

If you want to have followers, don’t ask me. I don’t care about those things! In fact, the smaller my audience the better! I don’t want to talk to millions of people. Just give me a handful of readers and I am more than happy! Happy and less stressed! This is a hobby after all.

See you next time!
