Today is one of those days. A normal day. Just a causal Sunday in the midst of November. There is not really something going on. The weather is ok but that’s it. It could be better. You haven’t seen the sun in a while. People around are sick. Everyone is somehow try to deal differently with the upcoming winter. The sun goes down so early. You basically go to work in the dark and leave work in the dark. Not the best situation if you are asking me.

But it’s on one of those days that you notice what life is really all about. It’s what matters to you now, that really has an impact on your future health. Are you surrounded by the right people? Are you living according to your idea of life? It’s also on one of those days that you can change your life forever.
