There is not enough sleep in the world for all the people. Of course sleep is not an endless product, but sometimes we treat it like this. We say things like. I did not had enough sleep, I couldn’t sleep, I couldn’t sleep as much as I wanted to. Our sleep is never endless in the sense of being a resource. Sleep is something we can work on. Train like a muscle. Become better at.

Sleep is an important part of our recovery. Without enough time to rest, we have not enough energy for the day and the challenges that wait for us. Work on your sleep and you will feel better.
