It’s been 9 months that we go to the gym quite regularly. Ok, I had a little break in between, but that was necessary due to me moving to Ingolstadt and due to me feeling sick for a couple of weeks. But besides that we went to the gym at least four times a week, if not more often.
What you feel instantly is that you are getting stronger. Your muscles start to grow after a while. You feel more healthy. You sleep better. You feel like you did something. Also your endurance is getting better. My main focus was not laying on getting more fit, but on getting a better body posture. It helped, but not in the way I was hoping for. That’s why I need to change my approach a little bit. I also want to include doing a little bit more cardio and stretching. I know, I should have done that from the beginning, but cardio is particularly difficult with my current health condition.
