Time is flying when you have fun. Either that, or you just want to start into the weekend. My workweek was kind of long, as always. There is a lot going on these days. A lot, indeed. The key is to not think about it all at once. Think about the next step and focus on that. The rest will adapt itself on your way.

The bigger the company you are working in, the more truth this sentence carry. We can’t influence the process, we can’t change the process, we can’t change the changes itself. The only thing we can do is doing our best to make our part of the equation right. And if that means running against the wall, sometimes it’s just that, that we have to do. Fighting a system you can’t change will kill you. Changing what is in your power is much more effective. If a certain decision is wrong, it’s wrong, but no-one will listen to you. Tell everyone about the mistakes that are getting made, but don’t try to fight the decisions away. No-one will listen to you anyways. In order to find peace, you need to let other people do their jobs. Have trust in the system and that the right person will change the process for the better. There is a lot going on that you don’t know about. From your perspective a decision might sound wrong, but you don’t know the big picture. Have faith and do your part.
