There are two kind of noises in the morning. Nature that is calling and my cat’s running around chasing each other. It’s winter at the moment, meaning that one sound doesn’t appear. So it’s my cat’s that put me out of sleep. I still remember last Saturday vividly. It was around 4 am and sounded like the IKEA Assembly World Championship is being held. Much to our surprise, our little one has found a way into the wardrobes drawers. So far so good, she is there quite often. But somehow she locked herself in. I still don’t really know how she did that and if the other cat was somehow involved. Anyways, the cat was locked in and wanted to get out. Worst case, through the drawers walls. It’s those kind of noises that make a weekend get started. But it’s long not over. After the successful rescue mission you can wait for the thank you for a long time. Instead, the cat is starting to run around like a hamster on cocaine. I really don’t know where they take their energy from. They do that for hours. Sure, If I would be sleeping all day long, but hey, forget it, not even then I would have that much energy.
