What comes naturally can become quite a problem. We can breathe “wrongly” without even noticing. It’s fascinating how routines and automations can help us to go through the day, but it’s also fascinating to see how they can ruin our performance. The truth is always somewhere in between. Focusing too much on something is never a good thing. But focusing too little also doesn’t help. It’s the path in between. A little bit of awareness, a little bit of self control, but also trust in our own body and that it will regulate itself perfectly.
