People worry about the future. I guess Adam and Eve were the first, at least if you believe in that sh… ehhm, stuff, I mean. The future is uncertain to everyone. But somehow we have found a way to deal with it. “Can you give me a guarantee?”, is what we hear people talking about. I have a contract they can’t quit so easy. And sure, that makes life more comfortable. But what happens when this safety net breaks down? The most of the time we can see that at work. Companies start making less money. They have to lay off people. They have to change something. And change is never a good thing. Change creates uncertainty. And uncertainty is the last thing you want. The funny thing is, that companies do not really seem to understand that. They don’t get how difficult it is to come home from a job to a family, struggling with money already, and now also have this fear in their mind. This is killing it. People will start talking about that instead of doing their jobs. But well, who am I to say something about that.
See you next time!
