Recently we were talking about doing something new for the first time. Today, we talk about something more common. Your daily routine.
Maybe you wonder already, do I really have a routine? We are not talking about social media fake motivational routines. Don’t worry. You don’t have to take an ice bath every morning. We are talking about the routines we have developed over time. And trust me, we have a ton of them. Even if you think you don’t have a routine, even that would be a routine after all.
If you don’t see the patterns yet, soon you will. We tend to do things in a similar way. If not in the same way. It makes life easier. It makes everything easier. But nobody is saying that routines are bad. In fact, without them we would be pretty exhausted all day long. We only want to tune them a little bit. Cut out the bad stuff and exchange it by something more positive.
Whatever you do, take a few seconds and ask yourself this: Why? Why am I doing this in the way I am doing this? And if the answer is not satisfying to you. Change the way you do it.
