#2446 BODY POSTURE, AGAIN

This topic really has such a high priority for me right now. t’s the key to everything health related, basically. What do I do for it? Am I doing enough? It’s worth going into the details again.

My engineering job is an office job. I am sitting for 97% of my work time. The other three percent might involve walking, taking stairs, looking at parts in the workshop or at the cars, stuff like this. But it’s not just that. I sit in the car when driving to work. I sit at home writing my blog, eating, being on the simulator.

Agreed, of course I have a hight adjustable table, at work as well as at home. So I am not sitting all the time. But standing and doing complex tasks is not working for me. So I end up standing in between, yes. But not all the time.

What I need is a sport that is not stressing me out, like going to the gym. Or maybe I need to change the gym I am going. It’s too crowded. Instead I want to do something outside. Walking. Breathing the fresh air. Now that the weather is getting better, this is what I want to focus on.

Ah and of course, the moment I am sitting, at least I can sit upright. That’s the next issue to tackle!
