We go through life, thinking that everything has a certain price tag. This Porsche costs amount X, this house costs amount Y. But the value of something is not only defined by the item itself. There are also outside factors. A house in Dubai right now might not be that valuable any more. A car on the other side that is no longer produced might go up on the long run. But it always depends. The market is regulating itself.

The big question is, which value do we give the things around us? A Porsche can only be as valuable as you let it to. If you are not looking for an unpractical sportscar, your value of a Porsche Cayman might be zero.
