I have a weak back. There is no way around that. I can’t sit straight up for long. This needs to change right now. I am sitting straight up, or at least as straight up as I can. I have an ergonomic chair. Too ergonomic maybe. It’s more comfortable to slouch in it. So become one with the shape of the backrest. But that’s wrong! I know it is.
On an average day, especially in the mornings, I can manage to remind myself to sit straight again. Usually that works. I also stand a lot in between, that helps. But especially in the afternoons, my body posture gets from bad to worse.
It’s something I have my focus on. It’s something I have to work on. Let’s see if my current strategy is helping. I have started to do more stretching and more body correction exercises.
