Is it time for our first trip since we got our cats? We have them for over 4 months already. Are they ok with us four going to my parents over a long weekend? It’s a question I am trying to answer for the last two weeks. Agreed, cats are very territorial. They don’t really like traveling around. But it’s not really traveling around. It’s going to my parent’s house for some days. Enough days in fact, to get used to the new environment. But still, it’s also a lot of stress. And not just for our cats. It will also stress me and my GF.

But I really want to go. And honestly, the cats will love it there. They can go into the garden, run around in the big rooms and explore a much bigger space than what we have right now. That we will go to them one day is clear, the only question is, if now is already a good time. Let’s see what the next days bring.
