Things just happen to us, this is called life. But even if we call them challenges and face them with everything we got, we can still loose. Small obstacles can become huge mountains we have to climb. Accepting our faith is one thing, but ignoring all of that and keep on going something completely different.…

Yes, I know. Pressure is the last thing on earth a meditation session needs, but sometimes it is the only way. I do not feel in balance. I do not feel at home. I have this relentless mind that can not hold still. I know that this has to change, but how? Forcing myself to…

You don’t have to be great, just perfect. The best version of oneself is of course just an illusion. A trick of the mind, a fictional character, a real super hero. We can’t do everything, at least not at the same time. Time is the limiting factor. But we need it to improve, to get…

We have all worked in some kind of a job. I for my part have worked in three different companies so far already. What I have seen there is amazing. But what really strikes me are the parallels. How can it be that two different kind of companies with different employees, products, customers and markets…

There is always a reason for doing something, but when is it the right reason? We go through this life thinking that we know what we want. We do what we do. You better not question the status quo. But what is life all about? Honestly, we don’t know. Either that or we forgot. We…
You can do it if you believe you can.
