It’s easy to find excuses why we can’t. It’s simple to use outside factors to explain our current situation. But if we would be honest with ourselves, just this one time, it is us not going all in with what we have.
“Giving your best” is a strange thing to say. How do we even define it. What is “best”? What is “our best”? Where are the limits? And is that even possible to give our best all the time? Of course we can’t run in overboost mode 24/7. We are human beings. We need a break! We need a time out. We need some time for ourselves.

But giving your best doesn’t mean to give your very best literally all the time. It’s rather the attitude to try on improving your performance in everything you are doing. Forming a habit to push to the limits, to reflect on your doing and to find ways to optimize your every day life.
See you next time!
