Starting the day right.

Meow! Meow! Someone is hungry at 6 in the morning and it’s not me. I usually don’t have breakfast. But my kitties do. Every day! No excuses! Cat’s do get up early! Luckily I am a morning person myself, otherwise … I would become a morning person right now.

Start the day early.

It’s not just the time they start the day, it’s also how they start their day. There are no worries, no schedules, no agendas. There is just them and whatever comes to mind. My little one just jumped onto the bed. What is she up to? Shenanigans I guess. But that’s fine! In fact, that’s why we are here on earth. Now she is laying in the lap of my GF, purring like a V8 engine and making us happy.

Take care of yourself.

How often do we take some time for ourselves? Just a bit of body care. A hot bath. A long walk through the nature? The truth is, we are pretty busy doing all those things we think are important but disconnect with ourselves.

Play! For Christs sake! Play!

Enjoy your time here! Go play fetch. Go and chase that ball. Ok, our life is not really like that. But there is still plenty of room for enjoying our time. When was the last time you just did something that gave you 100% joy? Do it again, right now!
