Racing is, at least in recent years, a waste of money. A waste of a lot of money actually. Thousands of euros spent for what exactly? Seeing cars running in circles? Of course racing is a whole lot more than this, but the questions stay the same. Does racing have a potential in the 21st century? Will there be always enough people that want to have some fun chasing each other in cars? I guess we will see! Soon the 24h race will take place at the Nordschleife again. A race that is kind of cool, considering it’s tradition and what they made out of it. Let’s enjoy some racing and forget about the world economy for a while.
