For far too long, my focus was set on the wrong things in life. I didn’t focus on what I wanted. I was too busy struggling with my health and well being. But that is changing now. A week ago I have defined the new me. I set my goals and set a schedule of clear instructions I can simply follow every day. This is including some time for reflection, journaling, meditation practice and sport. But it’s also that I have started to read books again and learn something new every single day.
