It’s not that I am writing a diary. I never did. Sure, I have this daily blog here, but this is something else. No, recently, I have started something new. I do a kind of a recap of my days, writing down what I did, what went well and what went wrong. I write down what I think, what comes to mind, what was keeping me busy during the day. This could be something positive, negative, or both. Something that is stressing me out, something that was calming me down. There is no goal behind it. There are no rules. I just write it down. And after that I write about tomorrow. I write about what will going on. What will stress me out and so on. And then on the next day I can compare my expectation with reality. I don’t know why it works, but it works. It really works.
