The other side of the fence is not always greener. Especially not, when there isn’t a garden on the other side after all. But we say this and understand what it means. That we always want to have the things we don’t have. Talking about luxury items, I can understand that sentence. It’s true, trust me. But there is another side to this whole mindset thing. What if there is no other side? What if we stop comparing ourselves to other people? What if we stop caring about what others think about us and vise versa? Yeah, it’s not realistic, is it? We are under constant judgements. Whatever we do, wherever we go. Let’s try to forget about the other side.
