What does it mean to be completely relaxed. And we are not talking about a certain moment of your day when you pretend you are. Today we are talking about true relaxation. A state in which you just don’t care. A moment in which you are just there, existing for a while, without any worries or thoughts. Without any problems. It’s just you and that’s it. Letting the world spin on its own for a while. Letting go of all our tasks. That would be something. Or do you experience a moment like this on a regular basis? If you do, how do you do it? Drugs? I hope not. The more I think about what I have a lack of, it’s this. Just chilling a bit. Letting life be life and just enjoy my time for a little bit. It’s not that I am not making progress. I get into a kind of a flow state when doing certain things like drawing, writing, or reading. But it’s still work in progress. My thoughts take over way too quickly and never really let me go. Has someone any ideas what might help?

See you next time!
