It’s a Sunday morning. My girlfriend gets off the table and says that. It’s too hard for me to chew. What she is talking about is the bread from yesterday. It had been out in a paper back for over 24h. Of course it would be a bit harder to chew. I ask her how I spell chew. She tells me and doesn’t want me to write about it. But these are the moments to talk about. Everyday life stuff.
Of course this is just one example out of many. A criticism that, if you want, can become quite personally. I could say, oh my! I bought the bread yesterday, she didn’t like it, it’s all my fault. I could thing that, or I don’t. I could also think that something is off with her teeth. That we need to go to a doctor soon. It’s one possible way. The funny thing is that there are millions of ways how to interpret what is going on around us. At the end of the day we shouldn’t try to interpret too much into those kind of things. At the end of the day, it was just a piece of bread.
See you next time!
