What did I learn this week?
- Bouldering is an excellent sport
- Having not much to do feels actually great for a week, but after that it starts to feel kind of “empty”.
How did the goals from last week work?
- I started to ramp up my sport program
- I am currently working on some changes for the blog
- I could work more on my meditational side of life
