




What did I learn this week?
- If I want to the top, I need to give more than just 100 % every single day!
- Sometimes we think that we understand what is going on in our heads, but we don’t!
How did the goals from last week work?
- Life was actually quite stressful, at least at the beginning of the week. But I am working on a better routine!
- Well, my sleeping rhythm is still not ok. I need to go to bed earlier on the weekend!
- I took quite some time for myself!
Top three goals for next week!
- Start to write the first chapter for my master thesis
- Keep up the good work on the simulator and in the home gym
- Make my blog posts shorter
