I am a passenger in this body for 31 years already. Someone might suggest that this is more than enough time to get to know somebody. But apparently that is not the case. For many years I have coexisted next to my body, not really interacting in any way. We have found a middle way. I didn’t do what he didn’t like and vise versa. But those days are over. In order to solve my problems I can not longer run away from myself. This is the key element in the process. Accepting oneself as you are and make the best out of that.
