Life is full of chances to fuck it up. With other people, with your friends, with coworkers, you name it. But we always have a choice. We have a choice to act fair, to focus on ourselves and play with open cards. I have learned that many years ago how toxic a toxic environment really is. What is happening when people stop openly discussing what is going on around them. It’s never good! Recent events in my life show me how valuable an open communication is. If you have nothing to hide, people will start playing on your side. Because they see that they are worth something there.

If we are all honest with ourselves, we are seldomly looking for the action and Wild West panic. In reality we want to live a peaceful and quiet life. We want to know which tasks are waiting for us on the other side and how we can deal with them. So let’s just all work on this together. Give other people a feeling of belonging. Show respect to everyone and let them use their skillset to flourish and also move on in life.
