As I have already teased, there is a big change coming up in my life. A change that will mark a new step-stone in my career as well as my personal life.

That I couldn’t do my current job forever was clear to me. At least once my company has committed to their way of going into the future. But that it would happen so quickly, that came a bit unexpected. Transformation is the word that we all know about. But transformation doesn’t need to be a bad thing. It can be a starting point for something new.

I have started to look for a new job within my company before they find one for me. What sounds logical is the only real option you have. Once they have the idea in their mind to find you something else, you should start getting your own job. Don’t sit it out. Don’t let them do the work. Look at your life. Look at your skillset. Look at your interests and start looking for something new. That’s how I did it.
