#2593 SUMMER

There was a time when I liked the summer. No, I loved it, actually. Summer was this time of the year when there was no school, no obligations, just warm and sunny days that looked the all the same.

I have a fable for routines, we can say. But summer these days is different, though. It’s warm as hell, you can’t go out, literally, and life inside our four walls feels different without the light coming in through the closed shades.

Summer is more like a hustle to me, when I work. And I have worked through the last summers. That’s the faith of the engineer without kids. You get the summer vacation shift. Well, let’s hope summer is not over when I start into my vacation.

See you next time!
