When two cats are living together, the chasing is the most astounding thing to watch. At least with my two babies. I have a mom and her daughter, maybe that’s changing the dynamic. But our two cats love to run after each other. We could also experience this in our old apartment, but the new one is a lot better for them to run around. There are a bit more corners to drift around and more places to jump down from.
But why do they do it and when do they know that it’s enough and stop? Of course they need to drain their energy. And running around is a good way to do that. In fact, this might be the absolute best way to do it. They can work on their coordination, need their whole body and actually enjoy the process. But sometimes, enough is enough. Sometimes they are overdoing it. Especially when you don’t want them to do so. And then, things might happen. They miscalculate a jump and end up in the wall, hitting something. For the most of the times they can brake in time, reducing the impact to a minimum, but it’s still on our nerves. This can’t be fun, but actually it is.
Speaking of the devil. Here we go again.
See you next time!
