#79 Never mind – *Topic week 5* – Introduction

Your mind, a miracle.

We wake up, drink our morning coffee and go to work. But what we do not do is being grateful for being alive.

We are dreaming about a better future, a better job, a better car, a better house or even a better husband or wife. But what we do not do is being grateful for the things we already have.

We are going on vacation, traveling the world, looking for happiness in the distance. But what we do not do is being grateful for the journeys we already had.

We are constantly under stress, pressure and need to deliver at work as well as in our private life. But what we do not do is being grateful for our achievements.

In our day to day life, we tend to forget about our mind. We sometimes even lose our heads. Distractions combined with more distractions lead us to a very strange kind of flow state. Yes, we know a lot about our brains, but actually not many of us think about it.

“Never mind” will be the next topic week on this blog. As the title already suggests, we will think about our mind. But not only that. Mindfulness, meditation and calming philosophies. The receipt for the modern 21th century men.

Thin, bad body posture, lactose and gluten intolerant and afraid of literally anything.

And this is just me, I do not want to think about all the others!

But, never mind. If you haven’t thought about your mind recently, in the upcoming week we will have a lot of time for that.
