#697 Project W (Double you) – S4 E6 – ACT

We want a change. We want to move on. We want to improve. We want to succeed. But what we do not want, is to do anything for it.

This life is a great chance. We can become whoever we want to become. We can do whatever we want to do. But why don’t we do it?

It might sound so simple, we just need to change, to do things differently. But we can’t. We fall back into our old patterns. We stop believing in ourself. We stop acting upon our dreams and goals in life.

Words are just that, words. Letters added to one another in order to say something that makes sense. The right sequence? It is important! But not only that. If a word is not complete, we have a hard time understanding. But if we have enough of those words, the sentence starts to make sense. We get the message. But why should it be different in life? If we want a change, we can start today and change something. But this will not be enough. This is not it. This is just the first letter. Or a part of it.

If you want to have a better life, please, by all means, go and act upon your dreams. Do more of what you should do and less of what you shouldn’t. Analyse the way you spend your time. Analyse the way you think about situations. Understand who you are and what you could do differently.

But who has the courage to actually change something? Right! Not many people. We hide! Behind excuses, behind reasons why we can’t. Why today is just not the perfect day for starting. Why our situation is just so unique and different compared to all those other people out there.

One day or another you will wake up and finally understand. The change needs to come from within. You are the one that needs to change! You are one who needs to do the work! You! Act upon your dreams!

See you next time!
