What did I learn this week?
- It’s important to have a goal in mind.
- There is nothing won by having fear.
How did the goals from last week work?
- At work everything is fine, but besides that, I am pretty much suffering from feeling bad. My head feels strange, my neck, my cardiovascular system acts not normal. I don’t know if that is just me interpreting things the wrong way, but something feels off.

- Get healthy again.
- Relax more.
